Authorize to award contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated April 30, 2020, to provide Aging and Disability Resource Center ServiceLink services in ten geographic areas of the state to improve access to information on the full range of long-term services and supports, in an amount not to exceed $6,443,554.02. Effective July 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 56.67% Federal, 43.33% General Funds.
