Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) to retroactively amend the accept and expend in the amount of $10,236,362 (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, Item #101) by extending the end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. This request will allow HSEM to continue providing federal assistance to state agencies, and local governments (sub-recipients) for cost-effective hazard mitigation activities that complement a comprehensive mitigations program. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 5, 2025.
