Authorize to enter into a retroactive, sole source amendment to an existing contract with Community Crossroads, Inc., Atkinson, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/25/25, Item #209), to add funding for Room and Board reimbursement to Medicaid enrolled, Developmental Services Staffed Residence Providers, by increasing the price limitation by $10,000,000 from $7,941,867 to $17,941,867 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2027. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
