Authorize to finalize the determination made by the Commissioner that on December 14, 2019, a Youth Counselor III DRC at the Sununu Youth Service Center sustained an injury in the line of duty due to hostile or overt act, or an act caused by another during the performance of duties, which are considered dangerous in nature. Effective upon G&C approval.
