Authorize to finalize the determination made by the Commissioner that on March 5, 2020, a Mental Health Worker III at the Designated Receiving Facility of the Laconia Developmental Center sustained an injury in the line of duty due to hostile or overt act, or an act caused by another during the performance of duties, which are considered dangerous in nature. Effective upon G&C approval.
