Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with David A. Gruette D.D.S, Barnstead, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-20-18, item #17), for dental consultative services, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price by $237,120 from $224,640 to $461,760, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
