Authorize to accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $3,753,750 from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to fund the NH Hospital Disproportionate Share Hospital Payments. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend additional Intra-Agency transfer from the Disproportionate Share Hospital Program in the amount of $3,750,000 which will be sued to replace Provider Fees which are less than estimated. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Intra-Agency Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 8, 2020.
