Description
Authorize to amend existing sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated April 22, 2020 (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #46), to provide Permanent Housing and Coordinated Entry Programs and Supportive Services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, by exercising contract renewal options, by increasing the total price by $1,657,969 from $1,606,764 to $3,264,733, and by extending the completion dates from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
