Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Bi-State Primary Care Association, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-18-19, item #23), to continue providing Annual Interprofessional Collaborative conferences, by increasing the price by $118,581 from $200,580 to $319,161. Effective upon G&C approval through the original completion date of June 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
