Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to existing contracts and exercise a renewal option with the vendors listed in bold as detailed in letter dated April 9, 2020 (originally approved by G&C on 6-20-18, item #27G), for the provision of primary health care services for underserved, low-income and homeless individuals, by increasing the price by $3,593,746 from $6,337,786 to $9,931,532, and by extending the completion date from March 31, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 12.95% Federal, 87.05% General Funds.
