Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons LLC, d/b/a CWS Fence & Guardrail Co., Andover, NH, for guardrail replacement, on the basis of a low bid of $1,032.167. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $51,608.35 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
