Authorize the Bureau of Materials and Research to enter into a contract with Pathway Services Inc., Tulsa, OK, for the purchase of one 2020 Ford Transit 350 Crew Van, in the amount of $43,000. Effective upon G&C approval. The contract period will extend to September 30, 2020 and expire upon delivery and acceptance of the vehicle. 100% Highway Funds.
