Authorize the Bureau of Environment to enter into an agreement with Harris Miller Miller & Hanson, Inc., Burlington, MA, for on-call engineering and support services for transportation-related project-level air quality and/or noise impact studies statewide, for an amount not to exceed $250,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023.
