Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic & Housing Stability, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A Inc., Windsor, CT. (originally approved by G&C on 9-22-10, item #149), for the continuation of services for the Enterprise Content Management Solutions, by increasing the price limitation by $170,000 from $2,066,649 to $2,236,649, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the Agency Class 27 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT is 100% Federal Funds.
