Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with NeoPollard Interactive of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and with Instant Win Gaming Limited of London, England, United Kingdom, on a percentage of sales basis for the development, design, implementation and related services for electronic instant win games (e-Instants) on the NH iLottery platform. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, with the option to extend for two years.
