Description
Authorize the Division of Fire Safety, Fire Marshal’s Office to pay overtime in the amount of $75,000 for permanent personnel from class 010 appropriations for positions that are vacant due to the lack of being able to find skilled applicants. The $75,000 represents the estimate of additional funds needed for the remainder of SFY 2020. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 52.5% Fire, 47.5% General Funds.
