Description

Authorize to accept and expend a sum, not to exceed $620,832 from funds not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of covering projected shortfalls in general litigation expenses incurred in the defense of the State and the prosecution of criminal laws. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% General Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 8, 2020.
