Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Susan Fischer Davis M.D., Concord, NH (originally approved by G& Con 4-17-19, item #20), for clinical consulting services, by increasing the price limitation by $75,000 from $207,357 to $282,357.
