Authorize the Division of Public Health Services to enter into a sole source agreement with PL Medical Company LLC, Bloomfield, CT, to provide on-site services and preventative maintenance visits for the Panasonic Thermoluminescent Dosimeter Reader, in an amount not to exceed $16,200. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2020. 100% Other Funds.
