Description

Authorize to exercise a renewal option to an existing sole source agreement with Welligent Inc., Norfolk, VA (originally approved by G&C on 6-18-14, item #90), to continue administration, hosting, support and maintenance of the NH AURIS system, a web-based application used to track maternal and child health data collected in the State of NH, by increasing the price by $56,556 from $384,536 to $441,092, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
