Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, to amend an existing contract with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Harrisburg, PA (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #19), for the implementation of several necessary enhancements and continued maintenance and operations of the New HEIGHTS system by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $10,216,686 from $78,041,991 to $88,258,677, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. (2)Further authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to the contract, by increasing the price by $9,375,000 from $88,258,677 to $97,633,677 for continued maintenance and support of the New HEIGHTS system, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to September 30, 2022. Maintenance and Operations 65% Federal, 35% General Funds. Enhancement Services 87% Federal, 12% General, 1% Other Funds.
