Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Fairfax Data Systems Inc., New Milford, CT, to provide NHES with remote support services related to the FileNet and DataCap environments, two custom pieces of software specific to NHES and its electronic Unemployment Insurance System, in the amount not to exceed $18,000. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
