Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine, to perform immunohistochemical testing of retropharyngeal lymph node or obex tissue from free-ranging cervids, including white-tailed deer or moose, for the presence of chronic wasting disease, in the amount of $14,985.
