Authorize to amend an existing agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-13-19, item #12), to provide professional support services to the Department’s Oral Health Program in order to implement activities funded through federal grants, including access to preventive and reparative dental treatment for individuals in the statewide community-based and school-based oral health programs, by increasing the price by $37,700 from $2,605,345 to $2,643,045. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
