Description

Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to enter into an agreement with HNTB Corporation, Concord, NH, for preliminary and final design for conversion of the existing Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16) mainline toll plazas to All Electronic Tolling facilities, for an amount not to exceed $1,310,750.14. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2023. 100% Turnpike Funds.
