Authorize to accept and expend $200,100 in Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust Funds from the Office of Strategic Initiatives, per a memorandum of agreement approved by G&C on 1/22/20, item #42, to partially fund the purchase and replacement of certain NHFG vehicles.
