Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds in the amount of $103,750 from the Federal Emergency management Agency for DR-4355 October Severe Storms and Flooding and DR-4371 March 2018 Severe Winter Storms for the implementation of cost effective mitigation projects. (2)Further authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to establish one class 59 position temporary full-time Program Assistant I (Labor Grade 12) to assist with Hazard Mitigation Grant Program administration. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
