Description
Authorize to amend an existing memorandum of understanding with the Department of Corrections, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-20-17, item #17), to provide services for opioid use disorder case management re-entry services; to provide Naloxone kits and related instruction available to individuals re-entering the community from any correctional facility or State-run transitional housing; and to provide medication assisted treatment to individuals in correctional facilities with opioid use disorder with no change to the price limitation of $3,287,589, and no change to the completion date of September 20, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
