Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with JSI Research and Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4-17-19, item #22), to increase chronic disease prevention and management evidence-based programs training to medical, behavioral health and public health professionals; and to promote the programs to citizens of NH, by increasing the price by $240,000 from $540,000 to $780,000, with no change to the completion date of June 29, 2020. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
