Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Cepheid DNA Detection, Sunnyvale, CA, to provide technical support, maintenance and repairs to the GeneXpert System located at the NH Public Health Laboratories, in an amount not to exceed $19,528. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2022. 100% General Funds.
