Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a retroactive contract amendment with CPM Constructors Inc., Freeport, ME (originally approved by G&C on 1-13-16, item #26), for the Keene-Swanzey bridge project, by extending the contract from October 28, 2016 to June 30, 2020. Effective upon G&C approval. No Additional Funding.
