Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Vermont Recreational Surfacing & Fencing Inc., Barnet, VT, for guardrail replacement in Districts 1 and 3 (East), on the basis of a low bid of $1,040,898.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $52,044.93 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 23, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
