Authorize to enter into a contract with EAN Services, LLC, St. Louis, MO, for passenger vehicle and box truck rentals in an amount up to and not to exceed $909,316.80 through a participating agreement with the National Association of State Procurement Officials Value Point Contract Master Agreement (MA), to terminate upon termination of the MA. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2030.
