Authorize the State Council on the Arts to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Jeffrey Cooper, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-18-19, item #59), to create artwork for the Lakes Region Community College Automotive Technology Building, in the amount of $14,000, by extending the completion date from November 30, 2019 to March 30, 2020.
