Authorize the Division of Ports and Harbors to budget and expend prior year carry forward funds in the amount of $1,122,293 for the purpose of providing matching funds for the rehabilitation of approximately 17,500 square feet of the Main Wharf at the Market Street Marine Terminal in Portsmouth. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
