Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the Resolution entitled “Under RSA 162-A:17 awarding an unconditional State Guarantee of the principal and interest on up to $20,000,000 of Bonds to be issued by the Business Finance Authority”. The action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-A:17 to determine the issuance will serve a public purpose, provide public benefit, contribute significantly to the success of the Bond issue, appropriate measures have been taken to minimize the risk of loss to the State, the issuance of the Bonds and the award of the State Guarantee are consistent with the Act, and the award of the Guarantee will not cause the Unified Contingent Credit Limit of the Act to be exceeded.
