Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for resurfacing and crack sealing roadways throughout 4 towns in District 5, on the basis of a low bid of $7,791,169.24. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $389,558.46 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
