Authorize the Bureau of Environment to sell creosote-treated timber components of the soon-to-be demolished Smith’s Crossing Bridge No. 240/104 (Jackson Pond Road over NH Railroad) to the Ashland Firefighters Association, Ashland, NH for use in the construction of a technical rescue tower at the Ashland Firefighters’ training facility along Collins Street, for nominal consideration of $1.00. Effective upon G&C approval.
