Authorize to retroactively accept assignment from the Department of Business and Economic Affairs/Office of Workforce Opportunity of the sole source memorandum of understanding for $327,059.01 with the Community College System of NH (originally approved by G&C on 4-8-15, item #47), with respect to the delivery of WorkReadyNH services. Effective September 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. (2)Further authorize to retroactively enter into a sole source memorandum of understanding with the Community College System of NH, for delivery of a Job Readiness Certificate program (WorkReadyNH), in the amount of $1,350,000. Effective January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. 100% Job Training Program Funds.
