Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving, Inc., Londonderry, NH, on a basis of a low bid of $4,207,135.23 for resurfacing of eight sections of various Tier 3 and 4 roadways throughout thirteen towns in District 3 and 6 including: Rollinsford, Pittsfield, Barnstead, Gilmanton, Alton, Deerfield, Northwood, Strafford, Barrington, Rochester, South Hampton, Kensington, and Somersworth. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $210,356.76, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 25, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
