Authorize to amend existing agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated December 26, 2019 (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #78E & 9-18-19, item #25), for the provision of Regional Public Health Network services, statewide, by increasing the price by $197,543 from $8,946,753 to $9,144,296 with no change to the completion date of June 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
