Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH, to provide nutrition education services to individuals who are eligible for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits, in an amount not to exceed $2,087,332. Effective retroactive to October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
