Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Casey Family Programs Inc., Seattle, WA), a foreign, non-profit corporation (originally approved by G&C on 6-7-17, item #11B), to assess community level risk information in collaboration with the DCYF and the Division of Public Health Services at no cost to the Department, extend the completion date retroactively from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2022.
