Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract amendment with the Tri-County Community Action Program, Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-15-19, item #37K), to provide a portion of the non-Federal Funds required to match Federal Transit Administration operating funds, by increasing the amount by $34,780 from $990,535 to $1,025,315.
