Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons LLC d/b/a CWS Fence & Guardrail Co., Andover, NH, for guardrail replacement in Districts 4 and 5, on the basis of a low bid of $839,188.25. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $41,959.41 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 23, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
