Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/25/24, Item #82), by increasing the price limitation by $839,799 from $4,437,647 to $5,277,446, using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through remaining regular program year funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. There is no time extension being requested for this contract. 100% Federal Funds
