Description
Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc., d/b/a Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/30/24, Item #84), by increasing the price limitation by $1,023,569 from $400,000 to $1,423,569, using funds available through remaining regular program year 2024 funds through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2025 to September 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
