Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-7-17, item #11), to continue providing a statewide domestic violence prevention program, by increasing the price by $266,702 from $5,654,460 to $5,921,162. Effective upon G&C approval through the original completion date of June 30, 2021. 100% General Funds.
