Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc., d/b/a Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/25/24, Item #85), by increasing the price limitation by $1,701,110 from $9,073,085 to $10,774,195 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through remaining regular program year funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. There is no time extension being requested for this contract. 100% Federal Funds
