Authorize to exercise a renewal option and amend an existing agreement with Accela Inc., San Ramon, CA (originally approved by G&C on 3-13-15, item #12A), to provide support and maintenance of the Food Protection Licensing and Inspection Information System, by increasing the price by $284,035 from $480,535 to $764,570, and by extending the completion date from March 30, 2020 to March 30, 2025. 100% General Funds.
